How do i return an item?
Due to our items being custom made to order we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If you wish to discuss this, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org on which we aim to respond within 24 hours. Also refer to our terms and conditions.
When will you have a shop and what will it be like?
Due to the current pandemic our current plans for a physical shop have been put on hold. As a new shop we do not want to be forced to close with uncertainty regarding the pandemic.
What will the shop be like? Game changing.
Will i need to book for a barber appointment?
No, walk in customers for the barber shop only.
Will i need to book an appointment for a tattoo?
Appointments are recommended however walk ins are welcome.
