Welcome to Handsome Devils Tattoo Club. By placing an order through our website, purchasing products, booking a tattoo appointment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, the purchase of products, and the booking and completion of tattoo services provided by Handsome Devils Tattoo Club.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
2. Clothing Orders
Made-to-Order Products
All clothing items sold by Handsome Devils Tattoo Club are made to order. As a result, we hold little or no stock of finished garments.
Customers are responsible for checking all product details, including sizing information, before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our clothing:
- Orders placed in the wrong size by the customer are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
- Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will only be offered if an item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
Any issue relating to a faulty or incorrect item must be reported within 14 days of receipt and may require photographic evidence.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all clothing orders within 5 working days of purchase.
Dispatch times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, product launches, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Once dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the chosen courier service and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Tattoo Appointments
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your tattoo appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits may be transferred to another appointment date at our discretion if sufficient notice is provided.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
- Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit to be paid.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo and may be asked to provide valid photographic identification before your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion.
4. Tattoo Aftercare
The quality and longevity of a healed tattoo depend heavily on the aftercare followed by the client.
All clients are provided with aftercare advice and instructions. By proceeding with your tattoo, you acknowledge responsibility for following these instructions.
Handsome Devils Tattoo Club cannot guarantee healed results where aftercare instructions have not been followed correctly.
We accept no responsibility for issues resulting from:
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions.
- Picking, scratching, rubbing, or damaging the tattoo during healing.
- Exposure to excessive sunlight, swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, or other activities contrary to aftercare guidance.
- Allergic reactions, skin conditions, or individual healing factors outside of our control.
5. Touch-Ups
Touch-ups may be offered at the discretion of the artist.
Touch-ups may be refused where fading, patchiness, or poor healing is determined to be the result of inadequate aftercare or failure to follow provided instructions.
6. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
We reserve the right to amend pricing without notice.
The price agreed at the time of booking or purchase will be honoured for that specific transaction.
7. Intellectual Property
All tattoo designs, artwork, illustrations, logos, photographs, website content, and branding remain the intellectual property of Handsome Devils Tattoo Club unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handsome Devils Tattoo Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products, services, website, or tattoo procedures.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.
9. Privacy
Any personal information collected through our website, booking forms, consultations, purchases, or correspondence will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Personal information will never be sold to third parties.
